Strategic Planning:

The Ludo consultants approach to strategic planning involves a thorough look at an organization or a service line(s) within the organization. Ludo consultants will complete an onsite visit in which they will:

  • Assess structure and function of the organization or service line(s)
  • Identify areas of success
  • Identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with the completion of a stratigic plan.

S.W.O.T. Analysis:

A SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, & Threats) analysis is completed as a part of the strategic planning process but can also be done without a complete strategic plan in cases where the organization has a strategic plan and wants an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of a specific service line.

Team Building:

Team building strengthens the organization and therefore benefits the community in which the organization resides. Ludo leads groups within the organization to work together as a team. Tools are provided to assist team members with differing personalities to understand individual differences and to use these differences to improve the team.

Employee Satisfaction Surveys:

Ludo consultants provides cost effective and meaningful employee satisfaction surveys. Ludo assist organizations with limited human resource staff by providing staff to do the work associated with the implementation of the salary survey.

Each year hospitals typically pay large retainers for candidate searches that donít result in a placement. Ludo places candidates on a contingency basis so your facility only pays a fee for those professionals actually hired. Further, we understand that budgets are not always flexible, and allow you to pay over time.

When conducting a search, Ludo emphasizes the need for a true partnership with each individual client in order to find the "right fit" for the organization.
